This report provides an overview of the work con ducted by developing and transition countries participat ing in the U.S. Country Studies Program (USCSP, or the Program). Under this Program, participating countries evaluated climate change mitigation options, assessed their vulnerability to climate change, identified methods for adapting to climate change, and developed plans for responding to climate change.
