This study explores the significance of leadership communication in project management within the Indonesian context. Utilizing a qualitative approach through literature review and document analysis, the research identifies key communication strategies that project managers must adopt to enhance team collaboration and project success. Effective leadership communication is crucial for fostering a positive work environment, motivating team members, and addressing challenges that arise during project execution. The findings highlight the importance of adaptive communication styles tailored to the specific needs of project teams.
