The climate Weather (cuaca) describes individual events of rain and dry that last for a few hours or days. These are caused by weather systems that develop and move within the general circulation of the atmosphere. Climate (iklim) describes general longer term or sea sonal conditions. ‘Climate is what you expect, weather is what you get.’ Both weather and climate in Indonesia are generated as the atmosphere circulates over the region and sur rounding oceans as part of its general circulation around the whole Earth.
